We are seeking our next Associate Product Analyst intern, who will be responsible for working on the discovery, definition, development, implementation, maintenance, and retirement of digital products and initiatives aligned with the company’s Digital Strategy, with the goal of enhancing our customers’ experience. What do we expect from you? * Gather, analyze, and document needs, processes, and requirements to support defining and communicating the product to be built. * Assist in writing and refining user stories. * Support the team in communicating and/or reporting progress on various topics the team is working on. * Collaborate in managing the digital product development workflow, reviewing value, team, process, and methodological metrics. * Collaborate in certifying the quality of products built, maintained, and released by the team—and support monitoring, analyzing, and correcting errors and/or unexpected behaviors in the team’s digital products. Requirements: * Professionals pursuing or recently graduated from Commercial Engineering or Industrial Civil Engineering programs, with up to one year of experience—ideally in the financial industry. * Basic SQL knowledge. * Web analytics tools and web optimization tools (desirable). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (desirable).
