Line Supervisor – La Reina We are looking for a **Line Supervisor** to join our production operation located in **La Reina**! We seek a candidate with experience in production lines, team leadership, and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), capable of ensuring compliance with the packaging and packing program under quality standards. **Contract:** Fixed-term **Net salary:** $700\.000 **Rotating shift system (mandatory availability for Shift C)** Shifts: MONDAY AND TUESDAY 08:00–17:30 HRS\- WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY 08:00–16:30 HRS **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Execute the packaging and packing schedule. * Operate, assemble, and clean automatic, semi-automatic, and manual machines. * Coordinate and lead the production operator team. * Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Monitor the production process according to established procedures. * Complete GMP records (logs, forms, temperature and humidity monitoring). * Supervise order, cleanliness, and proper line release. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage supplies, inventories, and packaging\-packing materials. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed secondary education (technical secondary or higher industrial education preferred). * Knowledge of GMP (mandatory). * Experience in production lines (pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry preferred). * Experience leading operational teams. * Availability for rotating shifts (including night shifts). * Ability to work under pressure and focus on achieving production targets. **We are looking for individuals with:** -------------------------- ✔ Operational leadership ✔ Strong commitment to quality ✔ Orderliness and rigor ✔ Teamwork ✔ Compliance orientation toward standards and procedures If you meet the requirements and wish to join a team focused on operational excellence, apply with us!
