At Tottus, we are looking for a Supply Analyst! What is the mission of this role? To ensure proper supply of Non-Food products — both for regular replenishment and commercial campaigns — guaranteeing appropriate availability and inventory levels for the business. Responsibilities: * Generate purchase orders to suppliers to ensure timely supply across assigned categories. * Configure and manage replenishment systems to ensure accurate supply planning. * Monitor stock levels at distribution centers and stores, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. * Actively participate in meetings with Commercial and International Trade teams to align supply strategy. * Analyze inventory and availability metrics, contributing to achievement of departmental goals. * Foster synergies across business areas to drive operational efficiencies and improve replenishment processes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply, planning, replenishment, or similar roles. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Interest in technology, automation, and new digital tools. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools. (Desirable) * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Experience with inventory control tools.
