Our core is our community of employees, academics, and future talents, who inspire us every day to build a work environment that promotes excellence, inclusion, respect, diversity, and continuous development. **At UNAB, everyone is welcome!** We are currently seeking an **Intellectual Property Analyst** who will be responsible for reviewing R&D contracts and agreements using the Legal Management Request platform (SGL), providing legal advisory services to different departments and faculties regarding Intellectual Property, contributing to achieving institutional goals while ensuring compliance with regulations, rules, and university procedures. Contribute to efficient and timely technical and legal management of institutional IP throughout its various stages: identification, protection, and commercialization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review R&D collaboration agreements, preparatory contracts, and licensing agreements using the Legal Management Request (SGL) and Podio platforms. * Provide legal and technical advisory and training services on IP matters to various departments and faculties of the University, supporting negotiation processes and signing of agreements involving intellectual and industrial property. * Contribute to the efficient and timely management of intellectual property generated at the university: conduct preliminary technical assessments of potential patents, carry out trademark registration procedures at INAPI, and manage the registration of works protected by copyright at the Intellectual Rights Department, ensuring responses within established internal process deadlines. * *At UNAB we have defined pluralism as a hallmark of our educational process, calling us to promote spaces that encourage recognition of diversity, respect, and tolerance towards others.
