Support operational continuity and service training. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage IT continuity for financial issuance, coordinating incidents and improvements to ensure system uptime for clients. 1\. Participate in the Level 2 Engineering team, supporting operational continuity of application and infrastructure services, overseeing the entire incident and problem recovery/mitigation process. 2\. Perform “ON CALL” shifts to extend service hours. 3\. Support administration of the VIGATEC product and/or service knowledge base, including infrastructure, software, applications, and all elements required to ensure their efficient operation. 4\. Support training on VIGATEC products and/or services for Level 1 operational teams (e.g., help desk, client-resident teams, and Level 1 support). 5\. End-to-end management of incidents and problems escalated from Level 1, activating “war rooms” and engaging with internal/external vendors and/or clients to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible, minimizing service impact. 6\. Monitor the status of escalated incidents and/or problems, tracking actions and maintaining full visibility over the process, performing functional testing of systems and services to guarantee optimal performance of individual components. 7\. Ensure compliance with VIGATEC’s internal cybersecurity and information security policies. 8\. Support generation and automation of system status, incident, and problem reports—designed for agile and straightforward interpretation based on contractual scope with the client. 9\. Lead software projects within the area, focused on Payment Methods. 10\. Responsible for designs, implementations, and incident support. 11\. Conduct functional testing and lab validation of new versions to ensure compliance with required functionalities and current security regulations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Minimum 4 years’ experience, ideally in IT Engineering roles. * Experience with databases; MSSQL preferred. * Knowledge of Microsoft, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
