PS GRUPO HUNTING OT Operational Continuity Specialist Engineer At PS GRUPO HUNTING, we are seeking an OT Operational Continuity Specialist Engineer responsible for ensuring stability and availability of technological services in production environments associated with critical infrastructure. We seek a professional with experience in OT environments, incident and change management, and strong focus on SLA compliance and regulatory standards. Position Objective Ensure operational continuity of technological services through coordination of implementations, change management, validation of technical requirements, and supervision of OT/IT production environments. Main Service Functions Coordinate and execute deployment of technological components in production environments. Actively participate in agile lifecycle events (Sprint Planning, Sprint Review), ensuring definition of non-functional requirements (SLA, RTO, RPO, DRP). Validate and approve compliance with minimum requirements for production release. Manage and approve change requests (RFC), evaluating impact and traceability. Supervise and report outcomes of production implementations. Serve as incident manager for incidents arising from releases or implementations. Coordinate incident resolution with technical teams. Monitor service levels and operational metrics. Ensure proper transfer of technical documentation to the permanent support team. Requirements (Mandatory) Professional degree in Information Technology Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in information technology projects. Experience in OT environments (SCADA, industrial networks, or critical infrastructure). Experience in production environments and supervision of implementations. Experience in incident and change management. Knowledge of NERC\-CIP regulatory standards (at least at conceptual and regulatory level). Technical Knowledge ITIL fundamentals (incident, problem, change, and continuity management). Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, segmentation. Critical technological infrastructure. Hardware and enterprise software fault diagnosis. Analysis of operational metrics and SLAs. Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, or similar). Operational continuity concepts (RTO, RPO, DRP). Desirable knowledge of industrial cybersecurity (ISA/IEC 62443\). Conditions Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:30 hrs. Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. Availability for after-hours support.
