Coordinate technical support and manage IT vendors. **We are looking for: IT Technologies Manager \- With SAP expertise** **Location:** Pudahuel **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Description** We seek a professional from the IT field to lead and manage the organization's technological systems, ensuring operational continuity, cybersecurity, and efficient support for internal users. The role requires a high level of technical expertise, management capability, and strategic vision to drive improvements, automation, and digital transformation. **Main Responsibilities** Manage and deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support in Telecommunications, Systems, and SAP. Ensure corporate cybersecurity through backup policies, access control, monitoring, software updates, and regulatory compliance (Data Protection Law, ISO, etc.). Oversee critical IT systems such as ERP, CAD/CAM software, production control, maintenance, and document management. Participate in the design of hardware and software solutions (system architecture). Coordinate and supervise technical support for internal users, ensuring efficient service, timely incident resolution, and basic training. Manage external IT vendors and services: licenses, support contracts, hardware, software, and telecommunications. Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with standards such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 27001\. Align technological strategy with the needs of departments including engineering, production, logistics, quality, and administration. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation: asset inventory, network architecture, procedural manuals. Lead technology projects focused on improvement, automation, and digital transformation. Define and control the IT budget, optimizing resources and proposing strategic investments. **Job Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Proven experience working with SAP
