Focus on FinOps and security (ISO 27001, Cybersecurity Law). **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage, control, and administer the company's IT infrastructure services, ensuring stability, availability, and scalability * Monitoring and Operational Continuity o Monitor the status and performance of IT infrastructure (servers, databases, storage, and hybrid cloud). o Coordinate preventive and corrective actions to avoid impacts on production services. o Participate in the design and execution of disaster recovery tests (DRP), both during and outside business hours * IT Vendor and Service Management o Manage IT service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational level agreements (OLAs) o Coordinate infrastructure maintenance and changes with vendors and internal teams o Continuously evaluate vendor performance, managing penalties and contractual adjustments as needed * Incident and Problem Management o Oversee resolution of critical incidents impacting business continuity o Coordinate technical escalations with support vendors according to severity levels o Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and propose preventive improvements * Optimization and FinOps o Efficiently manage IT infrastructure costs using a FinOps approach, optimizing cloud resource usage (dynamic tiering, automated scaling, etc.). o Evaluate solutions that reduce costs without compromising security and performance * Automation and Operational Efficiency o Promote infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for efficient management of hybrid cloud environments (Azure and OCI). o Drive automation of operational tasks to improve efficiency in server and database administration * Security and Regulatory Compliance o Ensure IT infrastructure complies with applicable regulations, including Chile’s Cybersecurity Framework Law. o Apply best practices in infrastructure administration based on ISO 27001\. o Other duties assigned by management, consistent with this position**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering, Civil Informatics, Computing, Networks, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management, IT service administration, and operational continuity * Experience managing IT vendors and evaluating services against SLA/OLA criteria * Experience managing hybrid environments (on\-premise and cloud) * ITIL Foundation v4\. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, preferred * Microsoft 365 administration certification, preferred * Courses/Certifications in automation and infrastructure management (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell) * Training in ISO 27001\.
