IT Operational and Administrative Management * Manage inventory of technological equipment, software licenses, and IT assets. * Prepare, deliver, and register corporate equipment for new hires. * Manage equipment onboarding, offboarding, and safeguarding in accordance with corporate cybersecurity protocols. * Administer software licenses and coordinate with the Procurement department. * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to internal users for tools, access, and corporate systems. * Ensure compliance with the Group’s information security policies. 2\. Systems and Applications Management * Monitor and ensure operational-to-intermediate-level functionality of the ERP (AS400/Mapics). * Manage the Electronic Invoicing platform, resolve incidents, and coordinate with the vendor. * Execute basic-to-intermediate SQL queries for data validation or extraction. * Maintain and update operational reports in Power BI. * Support administration and operation of internal business platforms. 3\.
