Here, we believe technology can change the world and make it a better place to live, fostering a culture aligned with our values: integrity, innovation, excellence, partnerships, and empowerment. **See what your day-to-day will look like:** The internal job title is: Cybersecurity Specialist Responsibilities: * Update OT network diagrams and schematics. * Provide technical support to CSIRT\-ERBB and CSIRT\-ERA regarding alerts/incidents reported from SOC. * Implement defined cybersecurity controls, including OS and firmware patching and updates for equipment, antivirus updates, and USB port blocking. * Update the list of critical assets and their mitigation control implementation status / obsolescence status / patching status / USB blocking status. * Facilitate IT/OT technical communication and collaboration. * Maintain the OT cybersecurity documentation management system, including both creation of new required documents and updating of existing ones. * Conduct and update OT cybersecurity risk assessments according to the end client’s internal methodology and defined reference standards. * Define and execute specific action plans for risk management and for enabling controls—whether existing or new. * Prepare OT cybersecurity presentations and talks on threats and vulnerabilities for the end client’s personnel, including both technical staff and general audiences. * Generate cybersecurity reports and documentation defined as part of the set of templates associated with OT Cybersecurity Standards. * Support internal and external audit development where the scope involves OT cybersecurity context. * Prepare evidence required during the biannual compliance evaluation processes for the OT Cybersecurity Standard established by the National Electric Coordinator (CEN). Specific Knowledge: * Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) knowledge: Support information gathering from IDS and alert/incident management. * Microsoft Operating Systems knowledge: Focus on patching and hardening. * Network Management Systems knowledge: Support management and operation of various network management systems. * Microsoft Systems knowledge: Specifically Office 3651\. * Industrial Control Systems (ICS) knowledge: Solutions from Honeywell (Experion PKS, TDC300\) and Rockwell Automation (Factory Talk). Not mandatory. Specific systems not required, but OT infrastructure knowledge is essential. * SCADA Systems knowledge: Such as GE Cimplicity, Spectrum, and Wonderware Intouch. Not mandatory. Specific systems not required, but OT infrastructure knowledge is essential. * Antivirus Systems knowledge: Such as McAfee (VSE/EPO) and Broadcom Endpoint Protection (ex Symantec). * AutoCAD knowledge: For creating or modifying schematics. * Visio knowledge: For creating or modifying diagrams. * ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist certification. * Advanced knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). * Advanced knowledge of NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards. * Basic knowledge of the CEN Cybersecurity Standard: For maintenance/creation of documentation. * Basic knowledge of the ISPS Cybersecurity Code: To support procedure and instruction development. * Ethical Hacking knowledge: To manage, design, and organize simulations. * Digital Forensic Analysis knowledge: To prepare reports for declared incidents. **What do you need to fill this position?** * Windows Server across various versions * Installation, configuration, and administration of VMware visualization technology, versions 6\.x and 7\.x * Server platform administration; Microsoft platform specialist; Active Directory administrator; DHCP, DNS, FTP, IIS, PrintServer, FileServer, DFS, and shared folders. * On-premises Exchange platform administration * Azure Portal resource administration and provisioning; certifications **AZ\-900 \- AZ104**; MFA; Office365; SCCM; SCOM; DPM; V VCENTER VMWARE; HPE 3PAR and Dell ME4024 storage administration; DNS, AD DS, and DHCP administration; basic NetWorker DELL backup technology handling **Our Benefits:** Indefinite-term employment contract on payroll 100% covered EPS health insurance for the employee and eligible dependents.
