Then help us create a lasting, positive impact! **We are looking for a Communications Specialist** **You will make a difference by:** * Designing and implementing secure, highly available communication networks, ensuring operational continuity of critical energy-sector infrastructure. * Managing and optimizing communication links between control centers and electrical substations, ensuring performance, stability, and security at all times. * Configuring and maintaining communication equipment in both OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) environments, including industrial switches, routers, and firewalls from brands such as Ruggedcom, Fortinet, and Cisco. * Ensuring compatibility and integration of networks with SCADA and electrical protection systems, guaranteeing correct interoperability across platforms. * Documenting network topologies, equipment configurations, and detailed engineering, maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical records throughout the project. * Producing comprehensive technical documentation—including network diagrams, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), warranties, and technical support materials—to ensure a smooth and orderly transition to operations. **Your profile includes:** * **Academic background:** Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Additional training (desirable):** Specialization or certifications in networking and optical fiber.
