Monitor and ensure compliance with required staffing levels, managing contingencies promptly and effectively. Monitor and control staff attendance. Report relevant updates to supervisors in a timely manner. Supervise correct use of PPE, personal appearance, and professional conduct. Identify and correct deviations, poor practices, or procedural non-compliance. Ensure adherence to internal rules and company protocols. Address requests, inquiries, and situations raised by supervised personnel. Actively participate in operational tasks when contingencies require it. Support internal induction and training processes. \&\#128100; Required Profile: Basic computer literacy. Email usage. Basic Excel proficiency (mandatory). Knowledge of current labor legislation.
