Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Intern to manage administrative processes, coordinate notifications, review contracts, and prepare reports, as part of a high-performance team at a leading company. We are currently looking for a Billing Intern located in Las Condes commune, Metropolitan Region, who will perform the following duties: Manage the administrative maintenance process (including manual orders). Coordinate notifications to internal clients and generate weekly indicator reports (non-procedural notifications and closures). Review contracts according to billing policies. Prepare Power BI reports on installations, credit notes, offers, VAT and/or maintenance. Manage offers, cancellations, and changes to legal entity name or billing concept.· What Are We Looking For? This role targets students pursuing Business Administration (technical or engineering), Accounting and Auditing, Finance, or related fields. We seek an organized, diplomatic individual who enjoys billing work and holds valid school insurance (school insurance is mandatory). Proficiency in office software and basic\-intermediate Excel (mandatory) and Power BI (desirable).· \*Internship duration: minimum 360 hours.· Work Modality and Schedule: Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:30 hrs, and Fridays until 17:30 hrs, with flexible entry/exit times available for university-related circumstances.
