In this case, we are seeking a Logistics Process Engineer for our **Puente Alto** plant. If you are passionate about learning and want to leave your mark, this is the place for you! ### **Job Mission:** * Study, improve, and standardize logistics processes within the area, focusing on optimizing operations, eliminating losses, and enhancing business profitability. Additionally, promote continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, Rubik, and standardized operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality protocols. ### **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and standardize improvements across various logistics processes within the area. * Manage and evaluate improvement initiatives related to processes, costs, quality, and operational efficiency. * Implement operational excellence methodologies, such as TPM, Rubik, and other tools defined by the organization. * Monitor operational losses and establish action plans aimed at reducing or eliminating them. * Train and develop operational staff in analytical tools, continuous improvement, and loss elimination. * Coordinate with various internal departments to assess and implement initiatives contributing to business efficiency. * Coordinate and communicate with machinery, equipment, and supply vendors to develop new initiatives and improvements. ### **Requirements:** * Availability to work onsite in Puente Alto. * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, ideally with at least 2 years of experience. * Knowledge of logistics process management, operational excellence methodologies, standardized operations, TPM, Rubik, Lean, or similar tools. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with operational teams and various organizational departments.
