




Our company, Parque del Recuerdo—employing 1,500 people and ranked among the best workplaces according to the Great Place to Work ranking, certified as a "B Corporation," and committed to diversity and inclusion of its employees—is seeking a **Client Management and Support Assistant** for our office located at Parque Cordillera in **Puente Alto**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Accompany clients during product/service delivery, ensuring service is provided in accordance with the company’s quality standards. * Verify that documentation and products meet required standards prior to client contact. * Manage product/service delivery to clients, coordinating scheduling and following up afterward. * Conduct symbolic deliveries with empathy and high service standards. * Coordinate with support departments to address special client requests. * Record additional client requirements in internal systems. * Maintain order and presentation in the exhibition room. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (technical training in customer service preferred). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service and/or commercial management.
