Job Summary: A prominent electrical installation and civil works company is seeking a Civil Works Supervisor to plan, control, and manage civil works and subcontracts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and control civil works in execution projects. 2. Administer subcontracts and ensure technical compliance. 3. Conduct safety talks and risk analysis (ART). A leading company specializing in **Electrical Installation and Civil Works**, located in the commune of **Quinta Normal**, requires a **Civil Works Supervisor** for its **Operations** department to perform the following duties: **General Responsibilities:** * Supervise, plan, and control civil works carried out in execution projects (e.g., excavations, rebar placement, concrete pouring, carpentry, etc.) * Administer, supervise, and control subcontractors to ensure technical performance according to plans and adequate staffing * Conduct daily safety talks and prepare ART documentation (job risk analysis) prior to any activity * Comply with the customized schedule provided by HSEC * Disseminate civil works procedures and other necessary procedures * Monitor and inventory the status of equipment and tools * Review established documents required to carry out construction tasks * Prepare civil works protocol folders within the timeframe specified by the Gantt chart * Quotation of OOCC materials. **Requirements:** **Hold a degree in Construction Engineering or Civil Construction** Minimum 1 year of experience in telecommunications construction (preferred) 3 years of experience in civil works. Class B driver's license (mandatory) Experience managing personnel (mandatory) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $1\.100\.000 \- $1\.200\.000 per month
