Every day, more than 80,000 colleagues worldwide lead the way toward greener and smarter mobility—connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and replacing cars. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support and advisory services to project personnel to prevent injuries, damage to plant and equipment, fire, and environmental pollution. * Recognize good EHS practices and performance. * Report violations of Alstom’s EHS regulations and standards. * Inform, instruct, and train employees to carry out their tasks safely in accordance with EHS standards. * Participate in implementing EHS training programs at the workshop, conducting inductions and ensuring meetings are held. * Support the EHS Manager in implementing and maintaining emergency plans. * Support the EHS Manager in reporting, recording, investigating, and analyzing accidents and incidents to implement corrective and preventive measures. * Support the EHS Manager in conducting EHS Risk Assessments, defining preventive control measures. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in occupational risk prevention. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in railway and electrical projects. * Class B driver’s license. * Knowledge of homologation processes and audits. * Experience in train, track, and train electrical system projects is highly desirable.
