Currently, we are seeking an **ELECTRICAL PROJECTS MANAGER** to join our engineering firm SDI (Providencia). . The role’s mission is to plan, coordinate, and timely control the development of assigned projects to ensure compliance with scheduled timelines and deliverables. . Key responsibilities include: * Monitor project progress across all dimensions: quality, schedule, and cost. * Maintain and report project status to internal and external clients, ensuring client retention through continuous and effective communication. * Evaluate and propose corrective actions to mitigate deviations related to scope and deadlines. * Direct, coordinate, and control team activities to maximize efficiency while ensuring adherence to project quality standards and regulatory requirements. * Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant execution. * Manage the work team, fostering a positive work environment aligned with company culture. .
