Every day, more than 80,000 colleagues worldwide lead the way toward greener and smarter mobility—connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and replacing cars. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify on-site compliance with applicable environmental legislation, customer contractual requirements, and internal requirements. * Monitor on-site implementation of operational controls defined in the Environmental Management System. * Collect consumption and emission data for preparing environmental reports. * Conduct environmental training for all personnel. * Supervise environmental compliance of suppliers and contractors on site, where applicable. * Handle and segregate hazardous and non-hazardous waste. * Handle and store hazardous and non-hazardous chemical substances. * Manage inspection processes conducted by the competent authority. * Manage inspection processes conducted by the customer. * Support internal and external audits related to environmental matters. **Requirements** * Higher technical degree in environmental science, environmental management, sustainability, or related fields. * Minimum two years’ experience in operational environmental roles within the industrial sector (on-site work, inspections, review of operational controls) and in projects requiring environmental impact assessment approval. * Experience in the rail sector is desirable. * Availability to occasionally work night shifts, travel outside Santiago, and commute within the Metropolitan Region. * Knowledge of applicable legal regulations concerning chemical substance management, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, reading and interpretation of safety data sheets, the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Law, and the Energy Efficiency Law. * Familiarity with Environmental Management Systems based on ISO 14001. * Experience managing inspections by the competent authority and customer audits. * Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
