




Position Summary: A professional responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing the company's processes, aligning them with strategic objectives and proposing continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Process design and redesign under the BPMN standard. 2. Project coordination and process improvement (automations). 3. Process modeling using corporate systems such as ARIS. Primary Role of the Position: * Identify, analyze, and optimize the company's processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, actively participating in improvement proposals and implementing solutions that contribute to continuous optimization. What does the role do? Why? How? * Design and redesign processes under the BPMN standard by analyzing the company's current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing redesigns that optimize efficiency and productivity. Coordinate projects across various company departments to communicate work methodology and objectives, and gather background information for comprehensive process analysis. Model processes using the corporate system (ARIS) to create BPMN-compliant flow diagrams, ensuring clarity and comprehensibility, and validate diagrams with involved departments. Analyze, review, and improve existing processes, identifying optimization opportunities (e.g., automations, RPA), with the goal of maintaining corporate alignment. Requirements: Professional Degree or Training: * Industrial Civil Engineer. * Industrial Engineer or related field. Experience: 4 years of experience in: * Process design and redesign. * Modeling under the BPMN standard. * Process improvement (automations). * Project coordination.
