Excellent work environment and ongoing challenges. **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **We are looking for an operational leader for our fleet and equipment!** A prominent company in the transportation and machinery sector requires an Operations Supervisor to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity and equipment availability through planning, supervision, and control of resources, leading the technical team, and guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and response times. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise spot jobs and monthly services. * Organize and assign tasks to technical staff and operators. * Supervise the availability and operational status of trucks, cranes, and field equipment. * Coordinate technical inspections, equipment, lifting materials, and fuel supply. * Maintain constant communication with field operators and internal departments. * Lead pre-diagnosis and technical diagnosis for mechanical or electrical failures. * Manage and control services performed by external workshops. * Manage requirements for supplies, spare parts, and quotation processes for procurement. * Supervise the proper use of PPE in workshops and field operations. * Control legal and technical documentation of equipment (technical inspections, permits, and certifications). * Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience leading workshops, transportation fleets, or machinery. * Experience in operational logistics and dispatch. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience using ERP systems for workshop management. * Desired experience in machinery rental, transportation, rental services, or technical services. * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Adaptability and problem-solving under pressure.
