For the Channels/Branches Management team, we are seeking INTEGRATED EXECUTIVES for the Ahumada branch, with the challenge of ensuring excellent customer service quality—addressing inquiries and achieving 100% resolution of customer requests. Your additional responsibilities will include: * Promoting the Digital Bank strategy by advising customers on the use of digital platforms (mobile app, website). * Resolving customer requests and needs across various areas—including inquiries, requests, complaints, and general advisory—delivering high-quality service that positively impacts NPS. * Achieving sales targets by offering Falabella Financiero products (credit/debit cards, consumer loans, cash advances, checking accounts, associated insurance, and other cross-selling opportunities) to customers based on platform evaluations. * Supporting the branch security team during opening or closing procedures according to your assigned shift. Aligning with and supporting instructions provided by your supervisor regarding security protocols.
