Job Summary: Responsible for developing and coordinating work programs for real estate projects, complying with procedures and directing the installation process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of defined work programs 2. Directing and controlling installation processes 3. Good working environment We are seeking a professional responsible for developing and coordinating the work programs defined by the Installation Coordinator to meet real estate and private project requirements, in compliance with company-established procedures, instructions, and performance indicators. Main Responsibilities: * Develop activity planning for each Installation Technician to meet the project's Gantt Charts and the Installation Program provided by the Installation Coordinator. * Assign personnel according to the Weekly Installation Program prepared by the Installation Coordinator. * Direct and control the execution of the installation process, and report progress, issues encountered, and deliverables to the Installation Coordinator according to established protocols and signed by the counterpart. Base salary + production bonus. 42 weekly working hours from Monday to Friday (weekend work may be required in exceptional cases). Good working environment.
