




Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern for Technical Support who will assist in managing internal technological requests within a Contact Center. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous learning and team mentoring A leading Contact Center company with over 23 years of experience and international presence is looking for an Intern for the Technical Support area to assist in managing and addressing internal technological requests. We seek responsible, proactive individuals with an interest in technology and strong motivation to learn and develop professionally. Main Responsibilities Provide technical support assistance to users (hardware and software). Perform basic configuration of devices and applications. Log and track tickets or incidents. Assist with administrative tasks in the IT department. Requirements Students currently enrolled in vocational high school or higher education programs such as: IT Support Computer Technician Network Technician Computer Science Systems or related fields Minimum of 360 hours of practical or professional training (from vocational high school, CFT, IP, or university) is preferred. Basic knowledge of computing, hardware, and software. Immediate availability. Valid student insurance. Conditions Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 hrs. Work Mode: On-site.
