




Job Summary: Provide efficient and professional collections services to customers, maximizing results and minimizing risks through negotiation and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Negotiate payment terms with customers having overdue debts. 2. Mediate to resolve debt-related issues. 3. Offer debt restructuring options and financial counseling. The primary mission of this position is to deliver efficient and professional collections services to our customers by leveraging negotiation tools and techniques, aiming to maximize recovery outcomes and minimize risks, while ensuring strict compliance with banking regulations and respect for customer rights. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Contact customers with overdue debts to negotiate payment terms. Mediate between the bank and the customer to resolve debt-related issues. Use tracking tools to monitor debt recovery progress. Update and maintain accurate records of customer communications. Identify and report underlying causes of uncollectible debts. Set and meet debt recovery targets. Offer debt restructuring options and financial advisory services. Implement negotiation tactics and objection handling techniques to reach payment agreements. To succeed in this position, you need: A technical or university degree in Finance, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of banking products such as consumer loans, credit cards, and mortgage loans.
