Collaborate in a team within an operation that impacts millions of families **Job Description** ---------------------- Control, operate, and maintain the proper functioning of the automated Proleit SCADA system to sustain productivity. Your mission: Operate and control bakery plant production via the Proleit (SCADA) system, ensuring operational continuity under BRCGS Quality Standards. What will you do? * Operate Proleit and load process lines, verifying that orders match production schedules. * Cross-check production tracking with Supervisors and monitor screens to detect failures. * Plan silo usage based on FIFO criteria and coordinate flour supply with the commercial area according to suppliers and capacity. * Prepare Just-in-Time reports: parameters, recipes, products, silo changes, and stoppages including their durations. * Report and follow up on failures. * Record loads in Bach IT Manager and enter flour and ingredient consumption data into SAP. We are looking for: * Technician or Engineer in automation, industrial control, electronics, electromechanics, or systems. * Knowledge of industrial processes and PLC, SCADA, and HMI control systems. * Industrial networks and communication protocols (Profibus preferred). * Measurement and control instruments (sensors, actuators). * Intermediate PC skills, Office suite, and basic English. Preferred: Experience in food plants and knowledge of HACCP / BRCGS standards. Work Schedule: Rotating shift system at Quilicura Plant.
