Dentsu Creative Chile is looking for a Content Creator to join our team.**Job Description:** **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Create, plan, and execute content strategies specifically for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others. * The Content Manager ensures that content is not only engaging but also tailored to each social platform to maximize reach and audience interaction. * The Social Media Content Manager oversees the creation, curation, and distribution of visual and textual content across a brand’s social media channels. This role goes beyond generating posts—it involves strategic oversight, including alignment with brand goals, understanding platform-specific trends, and adapting messaging to attract the right audience. **Skills** ---------- * Ability to write effectively, adapting tone and style to the specific social platform. * Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. * Mastery of platform-specific features, algorithms, and best practices—including knowledge of content types that perform best on each platform (e.g., videos on TikTok, images on Instagram, long-form articles on LinkedIn). * Ability to develop an editorial calendar organizing posts and promotions, ensuring consistency in the brand’s digital presence. * Skill in engaging with the audience—responding to comments, direct messages, and managing follower relationships—to foster participation and build an active community. * Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics) to monitor post performance and understand audience behavior. Must be able to adjust strategies based on this data. * Awareness of viral content trends, popular hashtags, and memes that can be leveraged to increase post reach. The ability to create content adaptable to rapid changes in the digital landscape is critical. * Understanding of social media content marketing—developing strategies that attract, retain, and convert followers into customers. * Creative and strategic thinking to produce visual and textual content aligned with brand objectives while appealing to the target audience. * Up-to-date knowledge of emerging content formats gaining popularity on social media, such as Reels, TikToks, live streams, and short-form videos. **Daily Content Tasks** * Creation and adaptation of social media content (copy and graphic guidelines). * Production of audiovisual content in current formats and trends. * Editing of audiovisual assets for different platforms. * Management and response to social media comments (Customer Service), including: * Direct messages. * Comments on posts. * Moderation and escalation of cases to the client when appropriate. * Ongoing direct communication with the client for content validations (VB) and adjustments. * Monitoring published content performance to identify improvement opportunities. **Monthly Content Tasks** * Planning and development of the **monthly content grid** across the brand’s various social media channels. * Definition of monthly creative and editorial guidelines. * Coordination and execution of audiovisual assets aligned with objectives and trends. * Analysis of results and **creation of monthly performance reports** (reach, engagement, views, etc.). * Evaluation of learnings and optimization of the content strategy for the following month. * Coordination with the client for strategic reviews and objective alignment. \#LI\-IL1 **Location:** Santiago**Brand:** Dentsu Creative**Time Type:** Full time**Contract Type:** Permanent
