Position Overview We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to help translate organizational needs into effective business and technology solutions. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across product, technology, operations, and community programs to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the development of solutions that enhance the platform and user experience. Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. * Work with product and technology teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. * Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. * Create process flows, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation. * Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement. * Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and operations teams throughout project lifecycles. * Support the planning, testing, and implementation of new platform features and process improvements. * Validate solutions against business requirements and stakeholder expectations. * Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management. * Monitor key performance indicators and help evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives. * Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues and communicate them to relevant stakeholders. * Maintain clear and organized business and technical documentation. * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering**, or a related field. * Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role. * Strong requirements\-gathering and business\-process analysis skills. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications. * Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies. * Experience creating user stories, process diagrams, workflow documentation, and acceptance criteria. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with digital platforms, SaaS products, or technology companies. * Familiarity with **SQL, Power BI, Tableau**, or other data\-analysis and visualization tools. * Experience with project\-management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms. * Knowledge of CRM, fundraising, volunteer\-management, or community platforms. * Experience working with non\-profit, social\-impact, or community\-focused organizations is an advantage. * Understanding of UX and user\-centered product development. * Experience participating in software implementation or digital\-transformation projects. * Strong English communication skills are an advantage.
