Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Services Coordinator to supervise and coordinate the Service Desk team, ensuring timely and efficient support, promoting continuous improvement, and serving as a technical liaison. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and supervise the support analyst team. 2. Ensure assignment, tracking, and closure of incident tickets. 3. Promote continuous improvement and documentation of solutions. Smart Fit continues to grow! We are currently looking for an IT Services Coordinator to join our IT Operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating Service Desk team activities, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality support for internal and external users; guaranteeing compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), promoting continuous improvement, and acting as the liaison between users, the technical team, and IT management. · Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the daily work of the support analyst team. Ensure proper assignment, tracking, and closure of incident and request tickets. Monitor compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs. Escalate critical incidents and coordinate with other technical teams for resolution. Manage shifts, workloads, and task prioritization. Prepare periodic performance reports and Service Desk metrics. Train and guide the team on best practices for support and issue resolution. Promote documentation of recurring solutions (knowledge base). · Requirements: University degree or higher technical qualification. Previous relevant experience in this role.
