A prominent entertainment company is seeking a Customer Service Executive who can deliver timely, close, and effective customer support for our brands, managing inquiries, requests, and complaints via various contact channels while ensuring a positive, brand-aligned customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and manage customer requests via telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. - Resolve inquiries related to services, events, reservations, promotions, and venue operations. - Escalate and follow up on complaints, ensuring appropriate response times. - Record and update information in internal systems (CRM or similar). - Coordinate with operations teams and venues to resolve specific cases. - Maintain courteous, empathetic communication aligned with the brand’s service experience. - Identify opportunities to improve customer service and report recurring issues. Requirements: - Prior experience in customer service or contact centers (preferred). - Proficiency in handling multiple support channels (phone, email, messaging). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic to intermediate proficiency with digital tools (email, Excel, CRM). - Strong customer orientation, empathy, and problem-solving ability. - Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule.
