At **RedSalud Vitacura Clinic**, we are seeking a **GRD Coder**, whose mission will be to capture, process, and analyze clinical and administrative data related to hospital discharges using the Diagnosis-Related Groups (DRG) classification system. **Work Schedule:** Article 22 — Monday to Thursday, 08:30–17:15; Friday, 08:30–16:00. **Main Responsibilities:** * Capture detailed information from the clinical record. * Code hospital discharge diagnoses extracted from the clinical record using the International Classification of Diseases, ICD\-10. * Code procedures extracted from the clinical record according to the International Classification of Diseases, ICD\-9. * Enter records and codes into the IR\-GRD system for hospital discharges via Teamcoder software. * Meet expected coding performance targets. * Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of clinical documentation. **Requirements:** * Hold a professional degree in Nursing, Kinesiology, or another health profession, with at least 10 semesters of academic training from a State Higher Education Institution or one officially recognized by the State. * Hold certification for the course: “Case Capture, Coding, and Grouping Using the Diagnosis-Related Groups Classification System (IR\-GRD)” (Mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of GRD coding experience (Desirable). * Clinical experience in clinical units, preferably in UPC (Intensive Care Units). * Availability to work on-site in Vitacura (with possibility of one telework day per week upon transition to an indefinite-term contract). * Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic Excel skills. **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the clinic cafeteria. * Direct employment contract with the clinic. * Complimentary parking.
