Your role will involve managing service requests, diagnosing failures, performing repairs, and conducting user training on correct usage of technological equipment. Key responsibilities: 1\. Attend to customer requirements and incidents on-site. 2\. Diagnose errors and malfunctions in equipment, especially printers. 3\. Perform repairs, maintenance, and configuration of equipment. 4\. Document all service interventions and deliver user training. 5\. Manage travel according to assigned routes. Job Requirements: 1\. Technical diploma (mid-level or higher) in Computing, Informatics, or related field. 2\. Minimum 1 year of experience as a printer technical support technician. 3\. Class B driver's license (MANDATORY). 4\. Proficiency with multi-brand printers (MANDATORY): Xerox, Lexmark, HP, Kyocera, Brother. 5\. Knowledge of Dell and/or Lenovo computers (MANDATORY). Employment Conditions: 1\. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs (1-hour lunch break). 2\. Work modality: On-site work, including customer visits. 3\.
