We are looking for individuals with experience in electrical generation to join our team at hydroelectric power plants. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on-site, executing and supervising key tasks that ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of our facilities—in coordination with the Control Room Operator. **Key Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for executing operational activities at the plant, primarily performing physical, on-site tasks, including: * Execute on-site operations related to the electrical generation process. * Supervise the proper functioning of equipment and facilities at the plant. * Support the Control Room Operator in carrying out operational maneuvers. * Identify failures, deviations, or abnormal conditions in equipment and systems. * Coordinate and perform basic on-site maintenance interventions. * Comply with applicable safety, environmental, and management system standards. * Contribute to the order, cleanliness, and proper condition of facilities. * Participate in general plant activities, including maintenance shutdowns. **Position Requirements** * Education: Completed technical secondary education (in electricity, electronics, mechanics, or related fields). * Experience: Minimum 2 years in electrical generation processes. * Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience (mandatory). * Basic knowledge or familiarity with: + Operation of electrical generation equipment and processes. + Computer tools (MS Office). + SAP and management systems knowledge is desirable.
