We seek a person with excellent writing skills, a strategic perspective, and the ability to transform organizational initiatives into content that connects people with the business purpose and challenges. Key responsibilities: Develop and manage internal and corporate communication content. Write news articles, interviews, feature stories, and content for various organizational channels. Support communication campaigns related to organizational culture, transformation, and employee engagement. Generate content for intranet, newsletters, internal social platforms, and corporate announcements. Support coverage of events, internal initiatives, and the company's strategic projects. Collaborate with different departments to highlight organizational best practices and achievements. Requirements: Professional degree in Journalism. 2–4 years of experience in corporate or internal communications. Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Organizational ability, proactivity, and collaborative work skills. Proficiency in digital communication tools.
