**Join Our Team as a Mechanic!** A mining company specializing in earthmoving is seeking to incorporate a **Mechanic** with experience in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery, available to work at the Antucoya site under a 10x10 shift system. **Your Mission:** Execute and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of site equipment and machinery, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards stipulated in the contract. **Your main challenges will be:** * Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on site equipment. * Coordinate repairs with welders, vulcanizers, and mechanical assistants. * Replace the Lead Mechanic when required, guaranteeing operational continuity. * Keep Work Orders up to date and report updates to supervisors and Machinery Management. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and management of critical spare parts stock in the workshop. **What you need for this challenge:** * Professional Technical Degree in Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance of mining or industrial equipment. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Skills in planning, teamwork, and operational leadership. * Commitment to safety standards and self-care. * Valid Class B driver’s license (Mandatory). * Residence in the city of Antofagasta (Mandatory). **What we offer you:** * A dynamic and collaborative environment where your contribution matters. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Complementary health insurance, FALP, and corporate benefits.
