The **Tender and Commercial Management Analyst** will be responsible for comprehensively managing the tender and commercial opportunity lifecycle, ensuring proper process tracking, technical-commercial analysis, and compliance with requirements—thereby supporting strategic decision-making and the company’s commercial success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and monitor relevant public and private tenders. * Coordinate proposal preparation with technical, legal, financial, and operational departments. * Analyze tender documents, contracts, and associated risks, proposing mitigation measures. * Manage documentation and maintain traceability of processes and contracts. * Manage information in CRM systems and ensure its continuous updating. * Prepare commercial reports, dashboards, and analyses (Power BI). * Maintain communication with clients to track opportunities. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Control, or related field**. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in tenders, contracts, or B2B commercial management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or others). * Ability to analyze tender documents and contracts. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Diplomas or specializations in project management, contracts, or business intelligence. * Experience in sectors such as energy, construction, mining, or industrial services. **Working Conditions:** * **Location:** Metro Manquehue, Presidente Riesco, Las Condes. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:20\. * **Contract Type:** Initial fixed-term contract. * **Benefits:** Complementary health, life, and dental insurance; training programs.
