When we come together – where every voice is heard and everyone knows they belong and matter – we create solutions that launch people into space, support lifesaving care in hospitals, and enable the construction of groundbreaking, world scale production facilities. **Reimagine What’s Possible** ### **Description:** **Lead and manage multidisciplinary investment projects in South America, ensuring safe, efficient execution aligned with the company’s strategic, technical, and regulatory objectives.** ### **Responsibilities:** * ### **Initiate project management during the estimation phase by developing an appropriate PCB to identify execution costs.** * ### **Identify the sponsor and stakeholders for each project to understand needs, objectives, and properly define scope.** * ### **Ensure full integration of project management throughout the project lifecycle.** * ### **Manage project procurement activities in coordination with the Procurement department.** * ### **Monitor, control, and supervise execution of multidisciplinary works for projects involving Air Products personnel, suppliers, or contracted companies.** * ### **Coordinate work teams, contractors, and suppliers.** * ### **Control project budget and manage human, technical, and material resources.** ### **Requirements:** * ### **Education:** **Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.** * ### **Minimum 3 years of experience.** * ### **Valid Class B driver’s license – Mandatory requirement.** * ### **Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.** * ### **Experience managing industrial and brownfield projects applying PMI best practices, scope control, resource management, budget control, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.** * ### **Knowledge of process safety and EHS, including construction safety best practices, PHA\-HAZOP, PHA\-LOPA, SIL, SIS, and functional safety.** * ### **Experience in automation, industrial control, and maintenance of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems.** * ### **Proficiency with IT and OT tools such as SAP, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, SCADA, DCS, and PLCs from Honeywell, Emerson, and Siemens.** * ### **Desirable Qualifications:** * ### **Intermediate level of English.** * ### **SAP knowledge.** * ### **Postgraduate degree, diploma, or course in Project Management (PMI methodology).** *“At Air Products, we do not distinguish individuals with special abilities.
