Maintain traceability of deliverables and projects simultaneously **Project Document Control Professional** **Ingeniería Cardón** is looking for a **Project Document Control Professional** to join our team and support the document management of engineering, inspection, and technical assistance projects. Main Responsibilities * Manage, control, and keep up-to-date the technical documentation generated during project execution. * Manage drawings, calculation reports, technical specifications, data sheets, inspection reports, procedures, lists, and other engineering deliverables. * Control document coding, revisions, status, issuance, and traceability. * Prepare and track transmittals, document matrices, Master Document Register (MDR), and delivery records. * Coordinate with project engineers, discipline leads, designers, and inspectors to ensure timely documentation delivery. * Maintain control over comments and observations issued by clients and verify their proper incorporation into subsequent revisions. * Support preparation of final dossiers, As-Built documentation, and project close-out document packages. * Generate progress reports and alerts related to pending or overdue documents. Requirements: * Minimum desirable experience of **2 years in technical document control for engineering, inspection, EPC/EPCM, industrial construction, or similar projects**. * Experience handling multidisciplinary technical documentation and deliverables. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. * Experience with SharePoint, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, or other document management platforms is desirable. * Strong organizational skills, rigor, follow-up capability, and attention to detail. Highly Valued Experience Experience in document control related to disciplines such as mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control, civil, structural, process, or technical inspection will be highly valued. **Important:** This position is specifically oriented toward **engineering and inspection project document control**. It does not correspond to a purely administrative role, general archiving, document digitization, human resources, or correspondence management. We seek an organized, methodical, and proactive individual capable of coordinating documentation with technical teams and maintaining traceability across multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously. Salary: $900,000 - $1,100,000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
