Your primary objective will be to learn and support us in mapping our operational processes to prepare for the rollout of a new ERP system, while also exploring how Artificial Intelligence can make our daily operations more efficient. If you are passionate about understanding how the business works from within—and want your internship to deliver real impact (and even serve as the foundation for your thesis or capstone project!)—this is the place for you. **What Will You Do Day-to-Day?** * **Process Mapping:** Collaborate with various departments (finance, sales, production) to understand, diagram, and document their current workflows. * **ERP Project:** Support the team in identifying improvement opportunities and gathering requirements for our new ERP system. * **AI Exploration:** Help us research and propose automation or artificial intelligence tools to optimize repetitive tasks and data analysis. **Requirements to Apply:** * Currently enrolled in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Information and Management Control, or related fields, and eligible to undertake an internship. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Genuine interest in process improvement, ERP systems, and emerging technologies (AI). * *Desirable (but not mandatory):* Familiarity with diagramming tools (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.). * Valid school insurance. **What We Offer:** * Monthly stipend of **$300\.000 (net)**. * AmiPASS meal card (**approx. $100\.000 per month**). * A genuine opportunity to align your internship project with your thesis or capstone project. * The chance to gain experience at one of the country’s most prestigious wineries.
