Job Summary: We are seeking a Process and Operational Improvement Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and follow-up support, assisting in information organization, document control, and internal coordination. Organization and updating of documentation and reports At Holding Grupo Firma, we are looking for a Process and Operational Improvement Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and follow-up support to the Area Supervisor, assisting in information organization, document control, report preparation, and internal coordination of processes and tasks related to operational improvement. We seek an organized, committed, and capable individual who can provide cross-functional support to various departments within the holding company and contribute to the proper follow-up of internal processes. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Directly support the Process and Operational Improvement Supervisor in administrative and operational tasks of the department. * Organize, collect, and maintain up-to-date documentation related to processes, internal controls, inventories, and procedures. * Update tracking spreadsheets, KPIs, controls, and reports requested by management. * Coordinate meetings, request information from various departments, and follow up on pending items and internal commitments. * Support data entry, organization, and control of operational, accounting, and administrative information. * Prepare simple reports and supporting presentations for managerial meetings or internal reviews. * Follow up on inventory processes, controls, and information review across branches and departments of the holding company. * Maintain backup and traceability of documents, workflows, and internal records of the department. * Support tasks related to continuous improvement and operational order as required by management. ### **Requirements:** * Technical or higher-level education in Administration, Accounting, Executive Secretarial Studies, Management Control, or related field. * Administrative or assistant experience in operational, accounting, or internal control areas is desirable. * Proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and document management skills. * Good communication and internal coordination skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Willingness to travel to Talca. ### **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 44 hours per week.
