Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, methodical, and solution-oriented Project Draftsperson with experience in the development and coordination of architecture and interior design projects. Detection of interferences and anticipation of technical solutions A company in the \[architecture/interiors/construction] sector is looking for a Project Draftsperson to join our team. We seek a highly proactive, methodical, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile with solid experience in project development and coordination, digital modeling, and advanced proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of verifiable experience participating in the end-to-end development of architecture, interior design, and/or construction projects. Experience is an exclusive requirement. We are not seeking candidates for training or individuals at early stages of learning; we require professionals with a proven track record, capable of joining the team and assuming responsibilities from day one, working autonomously, efficiently, and with sound technical judgment. Main Responsibilities: Develop modeling and documentation for high-complexity interior design projects using CAD tools and 3D/4D platforms. Generate and maintain up-to-date drawings, models, construction details, and graphic materials for fabrication, assembly, and coordination. Propose technical improvements and optimizations in design, planning, and construction processes. Coordinate and integrate information from different disciplines within the digital model. Detect interferences and anticipate technical solutions during development stages. Prepare technical documentation for construction and provide support during installation processes. Conduct site surveys and field visits as required by the project. Ensure quality standards in graphical representation, accuracy, and document control. Job Requirements: Education in Technical Drawing, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles. Advanced/expert proficiency in: AutoCAD (2D and 3D) Revit SketchUp Experience in interior design projects, fit-outs, commercial architecture, or high-detail developments. Ability to manage work autonomously and collaborate effectively in small teams. High level of organization, accuracy, and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced experience in 3D modeling and visualization generation. Knowledge of technical coordination across disciplines. Ability to read, interpret, and apply drawings, specifications, and current regulations. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
