Your primary objective will be acquiring new customers and providing comprehensive advisory services on health plans, delivering real solutions aligned with individuals’ and their families’ needs. **Main Responsibilities:** Proactive Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers (cold leads and referrals). Technical Advisory: Explain coverage, benefits, and provider networks included in our health plans. Closing Management: Efficiently and transparently manage the entire enrollment process. Customer Retention: Maintain a relationship of trust with your customer portfolio. **Requirements:** Experience: Minimum 2 years in intangible sales (insurance, Isapres, AFPs, banking, or financial services). Education: Completed secondary education (technical or professional training preferred). Skills: Assertive communication, negotiation ability, and high frustration tolerance.
