We aim to simplify service flows to become more efficient and improve response times to customers and channel experience. For the CX Management team, we are looking for an Analytics Product Manager. In this role, your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring chat metrics and analyzing data. * Creating and maintaining metric dashboards. * Proposing improvements to service channels and self-service strategies. * Evaluating campaigns and initiatives by measuring their impact. * Collaborating with other departments (e.g., commercial, marketing) to meet objectives.
