Responsibilities * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and implement hygiene standards for product preparation; * Participate in preparing standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. Work Schedule: 6x1 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 15:45 hrs. 07:00 to 16:45 hrs. 07:30 to 15:45 hrs. 08:00 to 15:15 hrs. 10:15 to 18:30 hrs. 11:15 to 18:30 hrs. 12:15 to 20:30 hrs. 13:15 to 20:30 hrs. 21:30 to 07:15 hrs. (night shift) 22:30 to 07:15 hrs. (night shift) Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in food handling. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Residence in the commune of Colina or nearby areas.
