If you are a committed professional, passionate about operational excellence, and have experience in the mining industry, this is your opportunity! **Job Description** Lead the management control process for Facility Management and Food Services mining contracts, ensuring comprehensive tracking of operational and financial results. You will be responsible for providing strategic information to support decision-making, ensuring budget compliance, cost optimization, business profitability, and fulfillment of contractual commitments with clients. **About Us** We are a French company and a global leader in quality-of-life services. Our goal is to generate a positive impact on society and contribute to the well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities where we operate. **Responsibilities** * Lead the control and monitoring of financial, operational, and management indicators for assigned contracts. * Monitor compliance with company-defined budgets and profitability targets. * Conduct deviation analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and action plans to improve business results. * Manage the financial planning process, forecasting, and monthly financial closing. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for General Management, Operations, and internal clients. * Control operational costs associated with general services. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, productivity, and expense control. * Coordinate and supervise management control teams, ensuring the quality and timeliness of delivered information. * Act as a strategic partner to operational areas, supporting decision-making through financial and business analysis. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and management standards. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or related field. * Residence between the Arica and Parinacota Region and the Metropolitan Region. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading Management Control, Finance, or Planning departments. * Experience in service companies serving the mining industry, collective catering, facility management, or industrial services. * Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and project evaluation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and business intelligence tools. * Desired experience managing high-capacity and operationally complex mining contracts. **Benefits** Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
