In this role, our ideal candidate is a leader with a **60% technical and 40% managerial profile**, capable of working effectively with both *legacy* systems and modern cloud-native architectures. You will serve as the bridge between management and developers—unblocking operational bottlenecks, guiding AWS architecture decisions, and ensuring continuous delivery of value in a dynamic environment. ⚡️ **What You’ll Do Daily:** * Lead and mentor the development team directly, ensuring code quality, adherence to deadlines, and professional growth for each team member. * Manage and optimize the product’s technological infrastructure and architecture—strongly oriented toward cloud ecosystems (AWS). * Balance and manage coexistence between traditional corporate systems (technical debt management) and new cloud-native products. * Collaborate closely with General Management and external advisors to define the company’s short- and medium-term technology strategy. * Unblock operational bottlenecks and lead resolution of critical production incidents. ⚡️ **If You’re Our Rockstar, You Must Have:** * Proven experience leading technology teams (e.g., as Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Development Head). * Strong technical background (ideally Fullstack), with ability to conduct code reviews and make architectural decisions. * Demonstrable experience building and configuring cloud infrastructure, with primary focus on **AWS**. * **Mandatory:** Prior experience in the B2B software industry, specifically in **ERPs, accounting ecosystems, finance, or electronic invoicing.** * Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage executive-level expectations. To apply for this position, you must reside in Santiago de Chile and be available to work in a **Hybrid model (3 days per week onsite)** at our offices in Providencia.
