Responsibilities * Prepare and carry out cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery. * Ensure compliance with company-established customer service protocols and quality standards. ✅ * Guarantee customer satisfaction by consistently providing friendly and high-quality service. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers. Schedule: 6x1 rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 15:15 hrs. 07:00 to 15:45 hrs. 07:00 to 16:45 hrs. 08:00 to 15:15 hrs. 08:00 to 16:15 hrs. 09:30 to 19:15 hrs. 10:30 to 19:15 hrs. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role and in customer service. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
