This role focuses on ensuring excellence in customer experience, operational efficiency, and achievement of business objectives, serving as a leadership reference for the sales and service team. Key Responsibilities * Operational management: Supervise daily store operations, ensuring quality and service standards. * Team leadership: Lead, motivate, and train sales and customer service staff. * Objective achievement: Meet sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. * Inventory control: Ensure proper stock management and replenishment. * Commercial strategies: Implement marketing activities and in-store promotions. * Performance analysis: Prepare performance reports and propose continuous improvements. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in store or retail management. * Knowledge of inventory control, sales, and customer service. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
