Have autonomy to develop new collaboration opportunities. **Job Summary:** **JNAMUN Academic Programs Chile SpA** seeks an Academic Partnerships Manager to establish collaborative relationships with educational institutions, academic organizations, and other strategic partners. This position will drive joint initiatives that broaden program outreach, generate new participation opportunities, and strengthen the organization’s institutional network. **Responsibilities:** * Build relationships with universities, schools, educational institutions, and related organizations * Identify opportunities for new academic partnerships and collaborations * Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential institutional partners * Design collaboration proposals tailored to shared objectives * Manage agreements and activities with partner institutions * Coordinate programs, conferences, workshops, and other jointly developed initiatives * Maintain active communication with partners throughout all stages of each collaboration * Work with academic, administrative, and program teams to implement agreed-upon initiatives * Analyze participation, outcomes, and feedback from existing partnerships * Identify opportunities to expand current institutional relationships * Prepare updates on new opportunities, activities, and academic network development **Requirements:** * Experience in education, institutional relations, partnerships, academic programs, business development, or related fields * Strong skills in developing and maintaining professional relationships * Ability to present proposals and coordinate initiatives with diverse organizations * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously * Results-oriented mindset and ability to identify opportunities * Proficiency with digital tools, presentations, and tracking systems * Experience in partnership management or institutional coordination is valued but not required * Academic background in education, administration, communications, institutional relations, or related fields is valued; transferable experience will also be considered **Why Work With Us:** * Build an extensive network of academic and institutional relationships * Participate in educational initiatives with diverse organizations * Have autonomy to develop new collaboration opportunities * Combine institutional relations, education, and program management * Contribute to the growth and outreach of academic projects * Advance professionally in strategic partnership management Salary: $42\.000\.000 per year Workplace: On-site employment
