The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all warehouse operations including storage, receiving, control, and product dispatch, ensuring efficient and orderly inventory management. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily warehouse operations. * Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. * Monitor inventory inflows and outflows. * Conduct and supervise periodic physical inventories. * Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements. * Organize warehouse staff and assign tasks. * Ensure proper storage and preservation of products. * Coordinate dispatches with transportation providers, suppliers, and other departments. * Identify inventory discrepancies, losses, or damages and report them. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Optimize available space and improve logistics processes. * Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports. Requirements * Prior experience in warehousing, storage, or logistics. * Experience supervising work teams. * Knowledge of inventory control and dispatch procedures. * Proficiency with inventory management systems or ERP software. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * Availability to work operational hours when required.
